1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps cannot be returned.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos at Support@drpureman.com. We’ll issue a replacement or refund In 3-4 Business days.
