1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $50

International delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

3. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 days (international), contact us at support@drpureman.com so we can assist.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination country.
